Conveniently Located at Heart of Seoul!

The location is literally at the heart of Seoul. I like the staff, they were polite and attentive. I liked the amenities provided each day, we had plenty of water each day! Also the hotel smelled nice. Lastly, it was very convenient to have the subway station very close by.

I didn’t like the smell of the body wash provided, it had a masculine scent. I didn’t like that the pool closed too early. I didn’t like that the sauna was an extra fee. We didn’t like that there were no direct elevator to the subway which made it hard to use public transportation when we had our heavy luggages. I didn’t like that the closet lights couldn’t be turned off all night.

My family and i loved the hotel and looking to comeback again after 3 days.

Bed is very comfortable. Staff are very nice. Location is good.

As i will leave the hotel for 3 nights and will comeback, the hotel accept to keep my luggage for 3 nights till my next stay. This is excellent service as i don’t have to worry about my bags or travel by them while I don’t need it.

My favorite hotel in Seoul with the best hospitality.

Great customer services of all levels and the best hospitality that made this hotel outstanding. I stayed here 10 years ago and this time it also didn’t disappoint me at all. Our room faced the City Hall and it was nice to see life going on below. This hotel has the best breakfast buffet ever, delicious foods that made from good quality ingredients and a lot of choices to choose either Asian or Western. Room is small but comfortable, all functions in room are electronic controlled. Bathroom is modern, only complaint is not enough rod or hooks to hang clothes in there. The location is so convenient to get to subway or just to walk around, a lot of interesting places close by within walking distance. The other plus is the airport limousine stop just right at the hotel back side. I will be back to stay here again for sure in the near future.

Need more hooks or clothing rods in the bathroom and it will be nice if the hotel provide 1 luggage stand for us. The room has no place to put the second luggage if two people share the room.

Will stay again if the beds were softer.

Very Well Located. Can walk to most of the local area markets from underground malls and connections. 5 min walk to subway. Curtains and lights operated by the phone beside the bed.

The bed is too hard and difficult to get a good nights rest.

Great location

The room was good sized. Really enjoyed the views of the city. The lobby is very nice though a bit sterile and not very warm. The cafes and restaurants are nice. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast a lot. Just be aware that this location is right next to City Hall and there is always a protest going on. I never felt unsafe though.

Wish there were more outlets and more choices for charging our technology. Never was able to charge my laptop. Who thought solid color dark carpeting was a good choice (hint: it's not- all dirt is visible)? Not enough lighting in the room- it felt very dark. The closet area was weird- why was it red? I didn't really like using the closet. Bathroom didn't feel totally clean- likely due to the stained grout lines. In the back of the hotel where all the taxi drivers hung out, there were cigarette butts everywhere across the street from the hotel.

Great location, nice lobby, polite & helpfull staff, great views of the square. Excellent breakfast.

The bed was slightly too hard for me (and I do like harder beds), but that was relatively minor and subjective.

Wonderful

Excellent location. Great service. Like the complimentary use of umbrellas.

The glass shower enclosure is an interesting feature with one drawback. Turning on the bathroom light also lights up the bedroom area, disturbing the sleeper in the bed. Great breakfast, except for the long wait in line just to get a cup of hot tea from the attendant. A self-serve pot of hot water would be better.

A Shoppers Perfect Location

The Plaza is in a fabulous location. As a visitor you have easy access to the underground shopping mall, the subway and various night markets scattered throughout the city. It is the perfect destination for shopping, in particularly stocking up on those cosmetics and other beauty products. The room was comfortable and stocked all the conveniences necessary for a pleasant stay. The room also had a great outlook over City Hall. Staff were friendly, well-mannered and efficient.

The staff are excellent, helpful, friendly and speaks good english.

Location is perfect for tourist, accessable by train and airport bus.

Just happened once, the bathrobes are missing. We need to call the helpdesk and they brought back.

Excellent location, very central and easy to travel to different parts of Seoul. Gym facilities are excellent, and a delicious breakfast spread as well.
